SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS or UPS only. We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.  Please Note:  In the rare event that your package has been lost or stolen please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) or UPS (1-888-742-5877).  La’Shaé House of Style will not file any claims on your behalf. By completing a purchase with La’Shaé House of Style you are agreeing to our shipping and delivery policy. 


Please Note: On occasion, it may take slightly longer for your package to arrive. This is typically due to routing errors or congestion during the holiday season as well shipping delays due to COVID-19. Additionally, La'Shaé House of Style is not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather. 

All orders placed on the weekend will begin processing the following Monday; while all orders placed on National Holidays will begin processing on the following business day. Although we try our best to deliver your items in a speedy fashion, La’Shaé House of Style does not guarantee specific delivery times. The shipping times listed above are estimated. You may track your order at anytime using the tracking number La’Shaé House of Style sends to you via email once your order has been processed and shipped.

We ship anywhere in the U.S (including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) and selected countries. We also ship to P.O boxes, military addresses (APO).

When placing orders, the billing and shipping address must match the address that the credit card company has on file or the order will not be processed.

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival is:
US Orders:

1. USPS standard shipping 5-7 business days
2. Priority 3-4 business days
3. Express mail 2 business days (Guaranteed within 2 business days)
4. UPS Ground 3-7 business days

When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.
