THE ITEM I WANT IS "SOLD OUT". WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING IT?
  • We know how annoying it can be when you go to purchase an item and you see the item is sold out. Our most popular items sell out very quickly; and although we cannot guarantee that once an item is sold out it will be restocked, we do often restock old favorites. If you would like to be notified once the product becomes available again, add your email address to the "sign up" box at the top of the site.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU OFFER?
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, ShopPay, Afterpay and Sezzle. 

DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE?
  • No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
  • We want to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, therefore, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. Please double-check your order and sizes prior to checking out to ensure that you have selected the correct items.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
  • Order confirmations are sent via email automatically once an order and payment are received. You can also login to your account to check the status of your order thereafter.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE MY ORDER SHIPS?
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out.

WHAT SHIPPING SERVICE DO YOU OFFER?
  • We ship anywhere in the U.S. via USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Priority Mail and UPS Ground.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
  • As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package. You may track your purchase using the tracking number provided.

WHEN DO STORE CREDITS EXPIRE?
  • For your convenience, store credits never expire.

HOW DOES YOUR SIZING RUN?
  • Unfortunately, due to the fact that we are a boutique that carries multiple brands, product sizing can vary. For your convenience, we include sizing and other important details specific to that item in the description box on each product page. Please refer to those details to help choose the best size for you.
  • If it says that an item "runs big", you may be able to size down; if it says that it "runs small" you might need to size up, and if it says "true to size", there typically aren't any sizing specifications that would prohibit that item from fitting as normal.

I DON'T SEE MY SIZE LISTED. WILL YOU GET MORE SIZES IN?
  • Unless otherwise noted in the product description, the only sizes available are the sizes currently listed. Unfortunately, we do not offer every item in all sizes S-3X at this time.

I'M UNABLE TO USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNTS AT CHECKOUT?

  • The Shopify platform will only allow one discount to be used at a time. One can not combine multiple discounts per order. For example, if you submit a frequently purchased together bundle to your cart, an automatic discount will be applied at checkout, depending on the type of bundle. If you have another discount code, it can not be applied to the same order.
